to execute orders with specific benchmarks in mind. The algorithmic
strategies, combined with advanced order placement, work together to

VOLUME WEIGHTED AVERAGE PRICE (VWAP)
- Seeks to achieve the volume weighted average price over
the specified time frame
TIME WEIGHTED AVERAGE PRICE (TWAP) - Slices the order into smaller pieces over the specified time.
PERCENT
OF VOLUME (PVOL) - Participates at the customers's desired
percentage of the traded volume while ignoring block prints.
ARRIVAL PRICE (ARVL) - Seeks to minimize slippage to the arrival price benchmark.
IMPLEMENTATION
SHORTFALL (SFALL) - Seeks to minimize slippage to the arrival
price benchmark while constantly adjusting to the changing market
conditions.
DARK POOL (DARK) - Seeks to uncover liquidity in multiple dark pools.
SMART ROUTE (SMART) - Offers different smart order routing functionality as well as direct market access.

(BYBK) - Seeks to achieve the volume weighted average price over
the specified time frame while adhering to the 10b-18 corporate buyback
rules.
TRADING DESK (DESK) - Allows customers to take advantage of the expertize of manual traders on the desk.
TRADING
DESK PREFERENCED (DESKP) - Allows customers to take advantage of
the expertise of manual traders on the desk while suggesting a specific
strategy as a guideline.
